Arc 8 Global was founded by Ernst G. Kuhlmann, Business Strategist, Facilitator, Speaker and creator of the Arc Model.

 

For more than two decades, Ernst has worked alongside business owners, leadership teams and organisations across multiple industries, helping them navigate growth, complexity, leadership challenges, organisational transformation and strategic change.

 

Combining commercial thinking, systems thinking and human-centred leadership, Ernst's approach focuses on creating practical, sustainable outcomes that strengthen alignment, performance and long-term success. As Chief Evolution Officer, he leads the Arc 8 collective and works closely with clients to uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions and accelerate organisational evolution.
